The Election Commission called on members of the public to ensure that their names are listed in the electoral register.
Accordingly, citizens who were born before 31 January, 2007, are urged to immediately enquire from their respective Grama Niladhari officers if their names are in the electoral register.
The public can also view the electoral register from the official website of the EC.
