Two employees of Maga Neguma have been arrested in connection with an attack on their two topmost officials during a ceremony yesterday morning (02).
The project office at Peliyaoda was having a tea party for the New Year, when milk-rice was thrown at chairman Yogendra Perera and executive director Mahesh Wickrama.
Those under arrest are members of a trade union of drivers in the project.
They are due to be produced before courts today.
