The Trade Ministry has decided to introduce a price formula for raw materials being used in the construction industry.
The aim is to prevent their sale at exorbitant prices, said a ministry spokesman.
High prices have sent construction activities down by around 90 percent.
More than 20,000 construction sector employees have left the country due to the crisis facing the industry.
