The Leader of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) Maithripala Sirisena says his party will support the abolition of the executive presidency.
the former president said he has come to know about plans to bring in a proposal for that purpose.
Sirisena was speaking at a party seminar on 11 February.
