The 2011 group of Rahula Vidyalaya in Matara held its annual meeting and get-together at Grand Navro Hotel on 13 January.
The school’s principal Samitha Kurukulasuriya was the chief guest at ‘Eleven Echoes 2024’.
On the occasion, Rs. 500,000 was donated towards the ‘Dream of Decade’ project to rebuild the school’s main assembly hall.
Another Rs. 500,000 will be donated shortly.
Chanaka Solomon was appointed president of 2011 group, Uditha Ediriweera as secretary, Buthmal Uyanahewa as treasurer and Sahan Wayanga as the chief organizer.
