The Court of Appeal ordered the CID today (17) not to arrest pastor Jerome Fernando at the airport upon his arrival in the country.
Its forensics unit has been told to obtain a statement from pastor Fernando within 48 hours.
Also, action should be taken against him as per the law.
The pastor is reportedly due in the island along with his family.
