President Ranil Wickremesinghe will leave for Germany tomorrow (26) on an official visit, the President’s Media Division said.
He will participate in the ‘Berlin Global Dialogue’, where he is scheduled to make the opening remarks at the Leaders Dialogue session on the first day of the conference.
The event to find global solutions to current geopolitical and economic challenges is scheduled to be held on 28 and 29 September.
During his four-day visit president Wickremesinghe hold talks with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on a number of topics and is also scheduled to hold discussions with several political and business leaders.
The president returned yesterday after participating in the G77 Heads of State summit in Cuba and the UN General Assembly in New York.
