Relatives and friends have remembered 24 Tamil civilians of Mullaitivu who were killed in an Air Force strike 24 years ago.
The attack at Manduvil fair at Pudukurippu also left more than 40 injured.
Justice remains to be done for all of these victims.
A remembrance took place on 15 September, where photographs of the victims were garlanded and lamps lit.
