The leader of the Mawbima Party (MJP) Dilith Jayaweera has promised to create an entrepreneurial state that will ensure dignity for the war veterans too.
Addressing a war veterans’ remembrance, Jayaweera said the end of the war paved the way for the country to move forward once again.
He pointed out that there is no positive plan for the war veterans, and added that temporary solutions or petty political promises should not be given for their welfare.
