The Maligakanda magistrate's court has ordered the sealing of the office of additional secretary to the health ministry Dr. Saman Ratnayake in an ongoing investigation into the substandard human Immunoglobulin vaccine scandal.
The CID is set to inspect documents in Ratnayake's office as part of the probe.
Former health secretary Janaka Sri Chandraguptha was also produced before the court and remanded.
