No repairs have been done so far to a linear accelerator machine at Apeksha Hospital in Maharagama that malfunctioned two weeks ago.
With the machine not functioning, the hospital has suspended radiotherapy for children.
Out of a total of five radiotherapy machines it has, the hospital used this particular machine to treat up to 15 children with leukemia each day.
