Senior DIG (Western province) Deshabandu Tennakoon has reportedly been named as a respondent in the attack on ‘GotaGoGama’ on May 09 last year.
The attorney general has informed the police department in this regard.
Tennakoon is to be summoned to courts as a respondent in the related legal proceedings.
