Milka Gehani de Silva of Sri Lanka has qualified for the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships 2023 in Belgium.
The 20-year-old secured her spot to compete in the world championships after being placed 10th at the 2023 Asian Gymnastics Championship in Singapore.
The world championships for artistic gymnastics will be held from September 30 to October 08 in the Belgian city of Antwerp.
Gehani is the first Sri Lankan gymnast to qualify for the Olympics, when she made it to the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.
