The second public rally of the 'New Alliance' led by the Sri Lanka Freedom Party is scheduled to be held on 29 June in Wellawaya city.
This public rally will be held under the theme of "Victory for the Country - Together for the Future".
The Wellawaya public rally is organized by State Minister of Foreign Employment Promotion Jagath Pushpakumara.
MP Nimal Lanza said that various political parties, trade unions and many civil organizations are ready to gather around the New Alliance.
Nimal Siripala de Silva, Mahinda Amaraweera, Lasantha Alagiyawanna, Duminda Dissanayake, Jagath Pushpakumara, Susil Premjayantha, Nalin Fernando, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Nimal Lanza, Priyankara Jayaratne, provincial and local council members, trade union representatives and civil society activists are scheduled to participate in this rally.
