MP Ven. Athuraliye Rathana Thera says he has no intention of being a parliamentarian again.
This could well be my final term as an MP, he was quoted as saying by lankadeepa.lk when he spoke to the media following a protest in Colombo.
However, he said he would work at the next presidential polls to expel the incumbent president and the Rajapaksa clan from politics.
The monk MP also accused the government of selling off public assets under its reawakening Sri Lanka programme.
