The CID is to question certain young actresses in the course of its investigations into a racket of sending retired military personnel to Russia as mercenaries.
They are reportedly involved in the promotion of the foreign employment agency run by one of the racket’s masterminds, identified as Chaturanga.
A big social media campaign involving these actresses had promoted the business at Katugastoda Road, Kandy.
The suspect is presently based in Poland.
