UNP deputy leader Akila Viraj Kariyawasam said president Ranil Wickremesinghe after two years will address a UNP rally in Kuliyapitiya on March 10 held under the theme “The Truth”.
He was addressing the media yesterday (05) at party headquarters ‘Sirikotha’.
Kariyawasam said that this rally is being organised as an answer to the people who are trying to conduct their politics based on petty issues and added that they do not pose a challenge to the UNP.
Kariyawasam further said that the aim of the meeting was to galvanise support of all the people for President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
He also predicted that that the SJB and all other political parties will support the President in the future.
