An injunction issued against the auctioning of a leading private hospital in Colombo has now been removed.
Colombo commercial high court judge Jagath Kahandagamage ordered its removal when he took up a petition filed by the HNB against the hospital that owes it nearly Rs. 630 million plus interest.
The bank’s lawyer Priyantha Alagiyawanna said the auctioning to recover the dues has been decided as per the parate law.
