Former president Mahinda Rajapaksa has refuted all accusations against him overwith regard to the economy.
He was speaking during the debate on the second reading of budget 2024.
Rajapaksa said hewell remembered the past conduct of those who now want him stripped of hiscivic rights over those allegations.
He said he did not want to get his hands smeared in mud by answeringmud-slinging against him.
The ex-presidentasked his opponents to establish the rights of the people first of all.
