The international suspension of Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) is not accidental, but due to the negligence of Sports Ministry authorities, charged the SLC’s acting secretary of the SLC.
In a statement to the social media, Krishantha Kapuwatta said an ICC team that visited the island some months ago warned of a possible suspension over outside meddling in affairs of the SLC.
He said the authorities were kept informed about it for around five months, but to no avail.
Kapuwatta made a request for all to get together and restore matters.
