Sugath Janaka Fernando alias ‘Aruna Deepthi’ owns Isolez Biotech Pharma that was raided by the National Medicines Regulatory Authority over the scam.
Maligakanda magistrate Lochana Abeywickrama has issued a travel ban against Fernando, NMRA’s chief executive director Dr. Wijith Gunasekara and supplies director at the Health Ministry Dr. Kapila Wickramanayake over the charges.
