Chamuditha Samarawickrama, Keerthi Ratnayake and Harini Amali Wijetunga face contempt of court charges over social media posts carried by them.
The petitioner before the court of appeal is Muthukuda Arachchige Don Suranga Dilruk of Negombo.
Charges against Samarawickrama and Wijetunga emanate from ‘Truth With Chamuditha’ YouTube channel programme on 20 September and in ‘Chamuditha News Brief’ on 23 August.
Ratnayake has been taken to court over two posts on facebook in June and July.
