Trincomalee additional magistrate Darshani Annaturai has issued an injunction that prevents any protests in front of Boralukanda Buddhist temple at Ilupppukulam.
Recipients of the order are 14 respondents from opposing sides cited by the Nilaveli police.
They include MPs Rasamanickam Shanakkiyan, Selvarasa Gajendran, Gajendra Kumar Ponnambalam from one side and five Buddhist monks from the other.
