Toque monkeys will not be exported to China, the Department of Wildlife Conservation has informed the Court of Appeal.
The undertaking was given when the court yesterday (26) heard a petition filed by environmental groups against an alleged move to send 100,000 Toque monkeys to China.
The case will be taken up again on July 06.
