B-Love Kandy beat Galle Titans by 89 runs in their Lanka Premier League encounter at Pallekele yesterday (08).
Titans won the toss and invited the opponents to bat first.
Kandy team obliged with 203 for five.
In their chase, Galle were bowled out for 114 in 16.4 overs.
Wanindu claims 200th wicket
Kandy team’s skipper Wanindu Hasaranga wore a special T-shirt for the game, given to him for having completed 200 wickets in T20Is.
He achieved the feat during the encounter with Jaffna Kings four days earlier.
