MP Mahindananda Aluthgamage has ruled out ever joining the UNP although he supports Ranil Wickremesinghe at the upcoming presidential polls.
He said so at a propaganda rally in Nawalapitiya on 30 August.
Aluthgamage said that he will never leave the SLPP either.
With eight SLPP MPs from Kandy supporting Wickremesinghe, he is certain to win the polls, said the MP.
