SJB MP Kabir Hashim says time has now passed for his party to unite with the UNP.
By now, the SJB-led alliance has built itself into a strong force together with a programme to rebuild the country, he has told anidda.lk.
Hashim said he had faith in the SJB’s policy that suits the country’s needs.
Although it’s a party based on UNP principles, its approach comes together with a new vision, he added.
Hashim vowed to work for Sajith Premadasa’s victory and stressed his political stand would not change in any way.
