51 Infantry Division inaugurated its second exclusive 'CIMIC Park' on 07 June.
Commander of Security Forces - Jaffna, Major General M.G. Wickramasinghe, graced the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest.
This project was completed within a month by Army troops and established on a request made by local residents.
Vamadeva Thiagendran (Jaffna) and his daughter Dr. Nilayini Thiagendran (Switzerland) generously supported the project financially, contributing significantly to this noble cause for the benefit of the local communities.
