Central Bank (CBSL) governor Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe says a more difficult and continuous journey on a particular path is needed to rebuild the economy.
Challenges and difficulties could be expected in the future as well, he told BBC Sinhala Service in an interview.
The reforms contained in the pact with the IMF should be implemented in the next four years, he said.
