A two-day workshop for Colombo youths who aspire to be journalists takes place from February 21, said its organizer, Centre for Policy Alternatives.
Senior journalist Jayasiri Jayasekara and trainers Prasad Purnamal Jayamanna and Chandana Thilak de Silva will conduct the event.
Training will be given on a part-time basis through workshops and online events to help in practical journalism, with an opportunity to become members of an island-wide media network for youths.
