The Colombo University’s Faculty of Law marks its diamond jubilee this year.
As part of the celebrations, it hosts an international research conference on 03 and 04 December.
Japanese ambassador Mizukoshi Hideaki will deliver the keynote lecture.
The event will study the strengthening of legal education, research and reforms through digital transformations and new approaches to minimize challenges.
It will see professionals and experts presenting 66 research papers.
To mark 75 years of teaching, research, advocacy and service, the Law Faculty will hold several more events to advance scholarship and community spirit.
They will be carried out together with the academic staff, the alumni, the legal fraternity, law undergraduate and postgraduate students and other stakeholders.
