The trilingual ‘The Leader’ media network that brings news, features and current affairs articles has changed the composition of its management and editorial with effect from today (27).
Accordingly, the Sinhala-language theleader.lk will have Thushara Sewwandi Witharana as its editor and Abhisheka Vasalabandara as the features editor.
For the Tamil-language tamilleader.lk, the editor is Nirusha Canagasaby.
The English-language lankaleader.lk has a new editor in Poornima Muhandiram.
Muhandiram will also serve as the chief executive officer of The Leader (Pvt.) Ltd. that manages The Leader media network.
Under the new management and editorial, there will be additional social media introductions in a new model.
The Leader editor Witharana says their policy framework continues to be the same.
The Leader TV
The Leader TV YouTube channel is managed by Web Cast Ceylon (Pvt.) Ltd. with Sirimalee Liyanagama as its publisher.
Liyanagama is also the editor of ladyleader.lk of the same company.
