The Vidyodaya literary awards presentation 2022 organized by the Humanities and Social Sciences Faculty of the Sri Jayewardenepura University takes place at the Sri Sumangala Hall of the university on September 01 from 3.00 pm.
Dean of the faculty Prof. Shirantha Heenkenda, the university’s acting vice-chancellor senior Prof. Padmalal Manage and senior Prof. Ananda Tissa Kumara of the Faculty of Sinhala of the Colombo University will be the chief guests on the occasion.
Books have been shortlisted in the final round for awards including for the best novel, best short story, best collection of poetry and the best literary work.
